What inspired you on this book?
December of 2015 I made a decision to take complete control of my health, mentally, physically and spiritually. For 21 days I set aside 30 mins everyday to meditate and pray and reflect on my overall health and my body. After 21 days I saw tremendous changes both mentally and physically, I decided to start writing because one day I knew I wanted to share.
Why did you want to become a writer?
Because I saw it as way to get my message out and share with the world. That if I could change my body, so could they.
What was the hardest part of creating this book?
Composing it to be an easy read and to make it exciting for my audience. I didn’t want it to be too long but wanted to make sure that I didn’t leave anything out.
What do you hope people gain from reading it?
Once the readers are through reading this book I hope that they are inspired to take full control of their overall health and well-being. To know the importance of putting themselves first and making their health a priority. That it is important to take care of their bodies.
When you were a kid, what were your favorite books?
I enjoyed Curious George, Green Eggs & Ham for the most part adventurous books. And of course my grandparents made me read the bible.
What is your advice to people who are not excited about reading?
I want to encourage that through reading they can discover and learn valuable principles, as well as how to be successful. Reading allows the mind to be creative and you find passion for what you truly enjoy. Reading is the source to quality living.
